These terms apply when you buy a personalized pet travel checklist. Ordering means you accept them.

What we provide

For $49 you get a checklist built for your specific route: the vaccinations, documents, forms and deadlines that apply to travelling with your pet from your origin country to your destination. Popular routes are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your intake form; rare routes may take up to 48 hours. One follow-up document review is included.

What this is not

We are not a pet relocation service, a veterinary practice, a law firm, or a customs broker. We do not book flights, arrange transport, contact authorities on your behalf, or submit anything for you. This is the guided do-it-yourself version — you do the steps, we make sure you know what they are.

Accuracy and your responsibility

We research your route against official government and airline sources and tell you what we find. Requirements change, sometimes without notice, and airlines apply their own rules on top of national ones. You must confirm final requirements with the relevant authorities and your airline before you travel. Treat our checklist as a well-researched starting point that keeps you from missing steps, not as a legal guarantee of entry.

What we need from you

Accurate information in the intake form: your route, pet type and breed, airline if known, and travel date. A checklist built from wrong details will be wrong. If your details change, tell us and we'll update the checklist.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken up front through our payment processor. If the checklist isn't useful to you, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Document review

One document review is included per order. Send us what you've gathered before you fly and we'll check it against your checklist. This is a completeness check against the requirements we identified — it is not certification, and it does not bind any authority or airline.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, quarantine costs, rebooking fees, or denied entry.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you placed your order.
