These terms apply when you buy a pet travel checklist. Ordering means you accept them.

What we provide

For $49 USD, you receive a personalized PDF for one supported pet-travel route. It includes an ordered preparation checklist, timing based on your available dates and records, documents, official links and outstanding questions. Dates that cannot yet be established are marked for confirmation. We email the PDF within 24 hours of confirmed payment and receipt of all required details. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription or an app account. You can keep the delivered PDF.

What this is not

This is a planning PDF with limited email clarification, not veterinary or legal advice, a relocation service, or a guarantee of eligibility or entry. We do not book flights, arrange transport, contact authorities on your behalf, certify documents or submit permits. You and your approved vet remain responsible for carrying out the required steps and confirming the applicable official requirements.

Accuracy and your responsibility

Our route requirements are compiled from official government and airline sources and kept up to date. The checklist reports what those sources say. Requirements change, sometimes without notice, and airlines apply their own rules on top of national ones. You must confirm final requirements with the relevant authorities and your airline before you travel. Treat the checklist as a well-researched starting point that keeps you from missing steps, not as a legal guarantee of entry.

What we need from you

Provide accurate details about your route, pet type and breed, intended travel date, preparations and airline if known. Tell us when something is unknown. The PDF is based on the details supplied; it does not verify the authenticity or completeness of your records.

Email clarification and one revision

Your purchase includes seven calendar days of email clarification starting when your PDF is delivered. We reply within 24 hours. Reply to the delivery email or contact hello@pettravelchecklist.com with questions about your plan. This does not include veterinary or legal advice, document certification, bookings or permit applications.

You can request one updated PDF during that seven-day period for corrected details or a changed intended travel date on the same route. Send the changes together in one request; we email the updated PDF within 24 hours of receiving the complete revised details. Additional routes and ongoing automatic updates are not included.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken up front through our payment processor. Delivery is by email within the timeframe above, not instant app access. If the PDF plan isn't useful to you, tell us within 48 hours of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Dates and the free preview

The free preview provides a starting point and selected timing milestones, not the complete paid PDF. Calculations use the dates you supply and do not certify document validity or permission to travel. The PDF identifies information still needing confirmation. Final requirements and record validity must be checked with your vet, airline and relevant authorities.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, quarantine costs, rebooking fees, or denied entry.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you placed your order.
