This policy covers what we collect when you buy a checklist, why we need it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Order details. Your name, email address, and the fact that you bought a checklist.
- Your route and pet details. Origin and destination country, travel date, pet type and breed, airline — everything you enter in the intake form. We need this to build your checklist; it is the product.
- Documents you send for review. Vaccination records, health certificates, and similar, if you use the included document review.
- Basic usage data. Anonymous analytics about site visits, via Google Analytics 4.
We never see your payment card details. Payments run through our payment processor.
How we use it
- To research and build the checklist for your specific route.
- To review the documents you send before you fly.
- To email you about your order.
- To understand which parts of this site are useful.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your pet's records with airlines, authorities, or anyone else on your behalf. Dealing with them is your step; our job is making sure you know what they'll ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep documents you send for review for 90 days after your travel date, in case you need us to re-check something, then delete them. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your documents sooner at any time.
Who else touches your data
A payment processor, an email provider, a form provider for the intake and document upload, cloud storage, and Google Analytics. Each receives only what it needs.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email us and we'll action it within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics. No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers beyond the services listed above.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and email active customers about anything significant.
