This policy covers what we collect when you buy a checklist, why we need it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Saved previews. If you choose to save a preview, we store your email and the preparation answers you supplied in Cloudflare. Saving is not a marketing subscription. We use the address only for the requested preview and follow-up.
- Order details. Your name, email address, and the fact that you bought a checklist.
- Your route and pet details. Origin and destination country, travel date, pet type and breed, airline — everything you enter at checkout. Your checklist is generated from this; it is the product.
- The dates you tick off. When each step was completed, so the checklist can check the ordering and validity windows for you. Dates only — we do not ask for, collect, or store your actual vaccination records, health certificates, or any other documents.
- Basic usage data. Anonymous analytics about site visits, via Google Analytics 4.
- Anonymous session recordings. How people scroll and tap on this site, via Microsoft Clarity, so we can see which parts confuse people. Anything you type is masked inside your browser before it is sent — we never receive the text you enter.
We never see your payment card details. Payments run through our payment processor.
How we use it
- To generate the checklist for your specific route.
- To calculate preview milestones and prepare timing guidance from the details you supply.
- To email you about your order.
- To understand which parts of this site are useful.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your pet's records with airlines, authorities, or anyone else on your behalf. Dealing with them is your step; our job is making sure you know what they'll ask for.
How long we keep it
Saved previews, checkout drafts and details submitted through the planner are stored in Cloudflare for 30 days. Private saved-preview links expire after that period; anyone you share the link with can view those saved details. Draft answers are also kept in your browser session to carry them through checkout.
Your delivered PDF is yours to keep; it is not a 12-month app account. New planner records follow the 30-day storage period described above. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your checklist data sooner at any time.
Who else touches your data
A payment processor, an email provider, a form provider for the checkout questions, cloud hosting, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Each receives only what it needs.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email us and we'll action it within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers beyond the services listed above.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and email active customers about anything significant.
